Q. How do I order an activity?

A. Acceptable payments are:  Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal.

Q. How will I receive my files?

A. After your purchase was successful, you’ll be redirected to a page where you’ll be able to download the files.

You will also be emailed (to the address that you provided during checkout) the links to the downloadable files.

Q. My printed files look different that what I saw on the website?

A. Due to different screen & printer settings, the actual colors of your printed product may vary a little.

Q. My files are printing too large or the images are cut off. How do I fix this?

A. There should be an option on your printer or computer print screen labeled “fit to screen” (or something similar; it’s different on some printers). That should take care of it.

Q. Can I share the files I purchase with my friends and family?

A. The files are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You can, however, print them and use them in your home as many times as you need.

You’re also free to share my shop info with friends and family, so they can enjoy my activities too.

Q. How do I open the downloaded files?

A. You will need Adobe Reader to open the PDF file. It can be downloaded for FREE at: http://get.adobe.com/reader/.

For Zip Files: You will need 7 Zip to extract Zip Files. It can be downloaded for FREE at: https://www.7-zip.org/download.html.

Q. Do you offer refunds?

A. As these files are digital items, I cannot accept any refunds or exchanges.

Q. Do you offer custom-made activities?

A. Yes, please contact me if you need anything personalized or customized. I’ll send you a custom order form, which you’ll complete, and I’ll start working on your activities. When customizing products, the waiting time is between 1 and 3 business days.

Q. Do you offer different sizes for your activities?

A. If you need a different size, don’t hesitate to contact me.

Q. Do you ship physical copies of your activities?

A. No physical product will be shipped since I only sell digital files.
